One night I was laying in my hotel room when a thought occurred to me. Why not give mother nature a hand? By placing man made islands next to the arctic for the snow to fall on. The ice cap would actually begin to grow. It is my goal to return the ice cap to the size it was in the 1970’s. If you think about it, the extra snow-pack I create just might cool the earth!
Everyone can help wherever they are. A child as young as 5 can build one of these islands. Anyone anywhere in the world can do this.
Simply create a box out of PVC and fill it with plastic bottles or styrofoam. You have to cover the bottom and sides with sheets or tarps. When its full, cover it with sheets, old carpet or tarps. Please contact me for instructions on how to build your island. When you have two of them filled, email me and I will airlift them to the ice cap (provided I am funded).
If every Wal-Mart in the country would put a couple of these in their parking lot, we could add literally 42 miles to the ice cap.
Football season is over. If every high school would put a couple of them on their football field and make a challenge to their students to collect the most plastic. In the fall, use the baseball field.
If every Fraternity and sorority would put up one or two and challenge each other, we would be done in no time.
